Finding the right health care provider is important on so many levels, but when you're newly pregnant, finding one you are comfortable with can help build trust as your pregnancy progresses.

This is something I always had a hard time with. I wanted a nurse midwife, but even still, the dr comes in and assists. I hear Doulas can really help in preparing for childbirth and in the labor room. Has anyone used a Doula with their pregnancy? Thoughts?
